Yikes. I'm not sure what happened with the other poster, but my experiences (yes, plural) have been completely different and 100% positive. I have a degenerative condition that impacts my feet. I found SFC three years ago because my foot pain was so severe walking was torture and I had seen ortho surgeons and podiatrists who were not able to help me because my foot issues are so significant and so complicated. Dr. Brockbank of SFC has performed four surgeries on my feet and all four procedures were an unbelievable success. Last summer I was able to take my three young children to a water park and I was able to climb up the stairs and take them down the water slides for the first time in my life. They bent over backwards to work with my insurance company and were great about accepting monthly payments for anything insurance didn't cover. The staff is wonderful, kind, caring and competent and Dr. Brockbank is unquestionably the most talented podiatrist I have ever personally seen (and over the last four decades, I have seen many podiatrists). Had I not found Dr. Brockbank three years ago, I don't know if I would be able to walk today.
