Review content:
I have dealt with this completely incompetent company once too many. They aren't the worst real estate company in just NYC but the entire world. No exaggeration there. Unfortunately I decided to rent from these people and had the worst experience known to man-kind. I was due to move in 2/28 but little did I know my board approval had not come in yet. The incompetent people at Bona Tierra never informed me how long the approval would take and left me in the dust. My lease was up and I had absolutely no where to stay. I asked if I can possibly move in earlier they completely denied me without offering any other options even though the actual lease I signed had a start date of 2/28. If you are currently looking at an apartment that has anything to do with Bona Tierra I implore you to run, run as fast as you can and do not look back. You will surely thank me later.
