We selected one of the doctors at this location based on word of mouth for tonsilectomy's for our children. I almost walked out on our first visit to the office but my wife talked me into staying. Our appointment was at 1:30 and we walked to the back to wait for 30 more minutes at 2:30. So at 3pm we finally saw the doctor. My parents were babysitting the other kidoo in the parking lot for 2.5 hours for a hearing test and consultation. Well, we were impressed with the doctor when we finally got to see her so we agreed on the surgery and had it done. Note: the first appt was in the Rockwall office. The first follow-up appointment was schedules in the Greenville office and I told my wife to get the first appointment. She still had to sit in the waiting room with a 7, 3, and 1 year old for 30 minutes. Then after going to the back had to wait another 15 minutes. Follow up number 2 was back at the Rockwall office and was just as bad. The most recent follow up was today, a simple hearing test. Rockwall office, Appointment time 10:30am. My wife and 3 kids now 8, 4,and 2. She finally got called to the back at 11:30 and then waited another 30 minutes to see the doctor. She finally left the office at 12:45. I normally don't have the patience to write reviews but I just had to in this case. I don't know if the doctors at these offices know how behind their office managers get them, and I really hope they don't. If they do then shame on them for making people wait this long by over booking and being greedy. You should only book what you are capable of handling in a timely manner. I am in customer service myself and if I treated my customer as they treat their patients I would be fired or my company would suffer severe customer loss. I hope this review can let others know what they are getting inot with this Office. I wonder what would happen if every patient showed up 1.5 hours late, would they have cancelled your appointment and charged you for a no-show?\r Pros: The Doctor seemed to care once we got to see her Cons: The wait time is uncalled for! I felt sorry for EVERYONE in the waiting room.
