I love Phebe's! Friendly people, reasonable prices, perfect balance of bar, lounge, club without the pretense. I'm here at least several times per month and whenever my friends and I have a casual gathering, we come here. The crowd is young, hip and artistic. The music is always a good blend of cool and eclectic. I'm not sure why a lot of people think that this place is closed. They did some renovations a while ago, but its definitely up an running.
Pros: great wings, reasonable prices, relaxed environment
