I have been a Why Not customer from the beginning and I must say, it is the best place for relaxation and grooming. The location, the ambiance, the staff - all top notch. Just really quick, one day my usual manicurist was unavailable. I chose a new one and in the middle of the pedicure, I was unhappy with his performance. In the blink of an eye (ok, a nod of my head to the Manager), he was swapped for a new one. What other spa does this, on the fly, no questions asked? I have never been pushed into purchasing services I did not want and the staff has always been overly accommodating, if anything.\r

If you're looking for quality service, a serene setting, and a wonderful staff eager to attend to your grooming needs, Why Not is the place to go.\r

PS: David was wonderful when he did my Manis, Pedis and Massages. And, Alan is just The Best, period.

Cons: They don't do hair! :)
