Every time I am back in town, one of the must stops is at Juniors. Whether its for a slice and coffee, or to pick up a cake to take out, this is THE place for cheesecake.
I do have to say, you should be aware that parking stinks in this area, so take the bus or train unless you have someone who will drive around till you get the cake.
Also, this place can be busy any time of the day or evening. So be prepared for a small wait in line to pickup.
But it is worth the trouble. Absolutely the BEST cheesecake in New York City.
