Review content:
Dr. Morris is a really great veterinarian. I have been with Carrollton West for roughly 5 years now and Dr. Morris has been our cats' vet for approximately the last three years. Over those years we unfortunately had a lot of vet visits so I feel I can definitely judge the quality of care we get from her. What sets her apart is that she has a personal approach to the animals as well as the owners. She knows my cats by name, knows their medical history without having to re-familiarize herself with it every time, and she always follows up. Even when the cats had to have specialty appointments, Dr. Morris calls and asks how things went. She really listens, is always available to answer questions or calls back promptly if she isn't. I feel strongly that when I ask her a question regarding veterinary care that I can trust what she says. For example, if she feels a condition warrants the involvement of a specialist, she says so and I really like that about her - she doesn't mind referring
