Will never purchase from Ballard's again. I ordered an $800.00 bed swing from them in May. After having paid a carpenter to install braces to install it, one of the four hooks on the swing gave way. Hook would not come out or stay in. The swing was no longer offered after having been in the catalogue for less than two months. I asked if this was because of a faulty part. Woman I spoke with said sales weren't as expected so they would offer swing again next spring. Go figure. Representative said they would pick up and give full refund. Have had to call four times. Much confusion on their part. The last time rep connected me with shipping company who said it would be picked up the following Monday and they would call with a window. No call. Staff seems incompetent, unprofessional and dishonest. I have waited over a month for them to pick up the defective swing and will then have to wait another several weeks to be credited. Never again.
