I have had my dog going to Mountainstone Vet for 3 years and she had an emergency illness (diarrhea & throwing up for 48 hours). I was waiting at the door 45 minutes before Mountainstone opened. When they opened they wouldn't see my dog and wanted me to make an appointment OR I could sit there all day the receptionist said and MAYBE they could squeeze me in!!
I called Keith Street AC and then drove from Stuart Rd to KSAC, the doctor let her come right in and saw her immediately! I will never take my dog anywhere else as long as I live anywhere near Cleveland!
