I am a resident of The Arlington Condo in Charlotte, NC. We share our parking deck with a local restaurant. Park Inc. does the Valet for the restaurant. Their young valets think our parking deck is a racetrack. They constantly speed and have nearly hit several of our residents and security agents. They also park cars in restricted areas, despite many warnings. Their valet drivers are also rude to our residents. Brian Kendall could care less about the behavior of his valet employees, and has no intrest in following the rules of the parking deck agreements. It's never their fault. They are a liability to our building & parking deck.
