Review content:
Zien's used to be one of my favorite restaurants. I was happy to take my family there, or go with friends. But over the last few years, the service really went downhill. It was so erratic, I never knew how long it would take to have a meal there. The food became the same way. Sometimes it's good, and other times it is barely passable. The final straw for me though, was when a mananger refused to sell me an item that I'd been buying for years. He knew I was willing to take our whole party of 10 elsewhere, and told us flat out that he didn't care. We won't be back!
