My dog was very sick so I took him to our veterniarian. We found out that he had a very slim chance to live. This was on a Friday. We could leave him over the weekend to get antibiotics or we could take him home with us and give him antibiotics at home. We decided to take him home with us so we could spend his final moments by with him. He was extremely sick. In the early morning hours he began screaming in pain. It was horrible. I called the vet's office, which was closed. They had an emergency number that you could call. The emergency number didn't open until noon. This was 7 am when I called. I couldn't let my dog scream in pain that long. I called another vet and begged them to see us. They were cram packed, but the vet heard Smokey screaming. She fit him into the schedule. Turns out he had cancer and a tumor in his stomach had ruptured. The staff at Lebanon Road Animal Hospital was nice and friendly, but they weren't there for us when we needed them most. They s
