I placed an order for my Grandmothers Funeral and what I ordered I did not receive. I spent $185 and what I got was an embarrassment. Others in my family used a florist in Streamwood and the large floral arrangements they delivered were amazing. They paid MUCH MUCH less then I did. When I called to complain for the order I received we spoke with three different women and we were told to "get a ruler and measure" and there was nothing they could do. I was standing outside on the phone with them while at the services and they wanted to do nothing for me... Finally they decided to give me a 10% discount... These people are insane, unprofessional and a rip off. Do not go here!
