I came into the Discount Tire Store in Oak Lawn, Illinois on 95th street. I talked to the manager who gave me a price of 250.00 for three tires out the door. Well I told him I would be back to get them. I came back a couple of months later and now they are trying to tell me I should get all 4 tires for a price of 427.00. And they tell me they are crediting me for one of my tires. Than I find out that they are half crediting me for a tire. I was told by the manager that things change. Well, how could they change that much in a couple of months? The tires they are trying to sell me cost more, but not that much more. I found the tires online at 62.00 a piece. Discount tires sells the tires at 80.00 a piece. And the manager tells me they give the best price in town. Well, that aint the best price I found. I thought they sounded like used car sales people when I dealt with them. And the 4 tires they sold me before only lasted not even two years. I mean come on. Not one of my
