Review content:
We visited BT's Ranch House this past Tuesday evening and couldn't be anymore disappointed with an establishment! We have been there in the past, but not in a while. The quality of the service has diminished so much, I don't expect to return ever again. I'm not opposed to spending a lot of money on a good meal, but when it is a total disappointment, I feel ripped off. Our waitress was so unprofessional that she touched our food when we pointed out that our sides where on the wrong plates. I would have rather switched them myself as opposed to having her handle them with her fingers!!!! Soooo unprofessional!!!! She forgot to order my husband's lobster tail, which is what we really went there for. She gave us the wrong appetizers and said that is what we ordered. Then when I wanted to be compensated for such of mess of a dining experience, she quipped "well since you've eaten most of it, I doubt they will do anything for you".
