I am not usually someone who complains. I am usually very passive, but my experience here was horrible. \r

First of all, THE GARBAGE situation is horrible. There is one compactor for the whole complex and it seems to always be broken. Trash piles up all around the compactor, including old dirty furniture, mattresses and piles of overflowing trash bags. It is so bad, the wind blows the trash all over around the apartment buildings and since it is not in immediate view of potential new tenants they don't care. I had to walk past DIRTY DIAPERS, BROKEN BEER BOTTLES, CIGARETTE BUTTS, and overall disgusting GARBAGE whenever I came home. I never invited anyone over because I was so embarrassed of how dirty it was. I called the office and they were rude and never did anything to clean the area up. \r

I also called and left multiple messages about getting MAINTENANCE on my garbage disposal and dryer. They never once had anyone come out to fix either item, and if I ever left any messages they
