I have been a customer of Clearsight for about five years now. I have spent well over two thousand dollars there on prescription glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses. For a long time, I had nothing but good to say about Clearsight. The optometrist there is very good, and my prescriptions have been great. I had been quite happy with the service there until my last two experiences, both very disappointing and both with the same individual who happens to be the manager. First, I brought back a pair of expensive glasses because they had developed a small crack around the frame. They replaced the lens without a problem. Less then a month later, the new lens started to develop a crack in the same place. I brought them in again and was told they wouldn't replace them because they weren't under warranty. I explained that since the lens was less then a month old, it was obviously faulty. They gave me a very hard time about it, but eventually replaced the lens. The new lens then cracked shortl
