Very nice and helpful. My washing machine was making strange noises which of course wouldn't do same when servieman arrives..they didn't even charge me for a service call. Then when my above-range microwave quit working, they were able to service quickly and under warranty for tube in microwave with a fair service charge.\r
I will use them again if needed.
