Wow, inappropriate customer service! First, let me say that I've ALWAYS gotten my tires at Weber's. In fact, in the last six months I've spent $400 on tires for my Explorer and $300 on tires for my Suburban. They've always been great!! I went into Weber's Tires on 4/18/11 to get a written estimate for new tires so that I could get a price match at a different tire place that happens to have the tires I am looking for. I believe that customers have the right to get the best deal that they can, along with the exact item they're looking for. When I asked if I could get a written estimate, the answer I got from the 3 guys at the service desk was laughter along with "write it down yourself", and the best part of their response was them throwing a pad of paper and a pen at me. Uh??? What?? I'm pretty sure in kindergarten they teach you not to throw things at people. I'm even willing to bet that in business school they teach you that it's not appropriate to throw things at customers. Believe
