Review content:
I've been concerned, over the past few months, with the dealings with this bank (I use two WF banks, this one and the one on Victoria in Ventura - where I have no problems). I called about an important matter on Thursday, and the phone rang 30 times - no answer. Called again, phone rang 12 times, gave up. Called a third time, phone rang 6 times - an answer! Promised a call back from appropriate manager, no call back. Called again Friday - answered within two rings (whew), but still no call back. Called again today, explained lack of satisfaction - got put through immediately to said manager (but why not all the other times?) Personnel are young, forgot to write down phone number (twice), I was told, etc. This is a bank! The missing money from the ATM really concerns me too - there are a lot of new, young employees who need customer service training and do not at all seem loyal to their employer - not good for banking. The tellers at the Ventura branch are much more helpful.
