They are all very friendly and efficient. They do all repairs in a timely manner. Very highly recommend. The best way to get the job done is to drop it off, they call quick and can usually get it in and out on the same day. This shop is sometimes the only place that will work on older vehicles, but also sometimes the only shop to work on the very newest vehicles (my hybrid). Reading the other posts was interesting because Mark can seem rude at times; I guess...but he is VERY important to a whole lot of people and just moves quickly - he is honest about what HAS to be done, versus what SHOULD be done. He is never just sitting around...so if you are repeating yourself over and over then yeah...he might walk away (but so would I!). The one time he did seem a bit rude to me was because I was balking at a $450 repair right before Christmas...and when he walked away I realized I was thinking out loud and he didn't need to hear all that, you know?
