I dined here in September 2005 while visiting Portland from Los Angeles. The restaurant was just down the street from our hotel, so we gave it a shot. The rice was inedible, the ""refried"" beans tasted like baked beans from a can, and the chile relleno was soggy. The salsa was the only decent food item served. The service wasn't awful, but considering that we were one of two tables in the restaurant, it seemed a little slow.
I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.
