Is there really a no pain dentist? YES there is!\r \r I admit! I almost by passed this dental office because when I checked the internet River Point Dental Group & Orthodontics had one positive and one negative report a 50% score. The thing that won me over was the picture of their advanced equipment in there office on there web site. Also you can fill out all that annoying paper work you have to do as being new to the office on their web site in the comfort of own your home with your favorite beverage next to you. What ever that might be.\r I am a big fan of a dental office having the newest, latest technology and equipment as it goes a long way in preventing any uncomfortable experiences. \r \r After experiencing the use of their equipment I can only say that it is the closest you can get of being on the Star Ship Enterprise in Star Trek if you can imagine that of just waving a wand over you to correct or heal all your medical needs. The drills spin so fast that you don’t rally feel them and I didn’t even experience any of that tooth burning smell we have all experienced, you know what I mean? \r I even got to watch a movie when I was getting my teeth cleaned. (Tooth Fairy) How work appropriate is that? It’s easy to laugh with your mouth wide open anyway. LOL. \r I had extensive work done and even have more extensive work to be done. I even had four teeth pulled. I maxed out my dental insurance so the office has a number of payment methods and plans that can be used. \r \r My doctor also worked a plan to finish the rest of my work after the first of the year when my dental coverage resets again. \r \r I waited until after my last visit this year to give them and myself time to give an honest report on their practice.\r \r I am happy to report that I experienced ZERO PAIN on all my visits. They are more than attentive to any opportunities of you might experiencing any. Even down to numbing you. My doctor and her staff has the lightest touch I have ever experienced in my (63 Years) of life. You know there working on you but you don’t feel there hands on you. It’s like a butterfly landed then is resting on your month. I told my doctor I had noticed it. She told me it’s something they actually have to work at and develop with experience. They don’t teach that in dental school. She is excellent at it along with her dental assistants. \r Here is something else I found interesting. No parental type scolding for not flossing! Just an friendly reminder how important it is to do it. We all know as grown ups we should do it but how many of us actually do? I dreaded getting that scolding as much as worrying about any pain I might get. The staff is very friendly, they like calling you by your name and they treat you like your related to all them.\r I call them cousins because unlike them I can’t remember all there names. Remember I’m old like I said earlier.\r \r Charles “Ed” Amos\r \r
