I decided to order surprise flowers for my mom... I ordered the flowers offline and thought I would be pleased. Well luckily she sent me a pic of the flowers to say Thank You. I was horrified with what I saw. They were not close at all to what I ordered and paid. There was no greenery except the leaves from the four flowers they put in the ugliest vase they had in the store. I then called and asked what happened and the response I got was they tried to do the closest to the pic. Really???? Then I was told they would just go and pic them back up and that was it. No sorry or anything.... Finally I got half of the money I paid for the flowers, but not the fees or anything else. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER EVER PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY AND I SUGGEST THAT NO ONE EVER DOES AGAIN!!!! Very unprofessional and very unsatisfied
