I spent a year growing my hair out after a bad cut, only to go to this salon and have all my hair hacked off at this place. The reason why I went in the first place was because it was rated best in Fresno by the Fresno Bee. The woman who did my hair didn't even ask me what I wanted before she stared cutting it. The end result was the exact same style as before!!! I am extremely angry!!!
But this salon does do a mani/peti package for $25.
