We will be doing our taxes here for the FOURTH YEAR STRAIGHT! First year we walked in without an appointment, we were seen with in 15 minutes, and we were out the door in within in an hour. We have scheduled appointments every year after the first, so I'm not recommending going in without one, just telling my story. They found more deductions than our personal accountant ever did, thus why we continue to go back. The staff has always been courteous, friendly & helpful, and our tax professional is top shelf. I won't mention any names, but if you get someone with the initials B.V., you're golden. As to the other reviews, anyone who stands and waits for an appointment for 1/2 an hour is a moron. Granted they do charge more than you average accountant, but that's because of the extra services provided. Try telling your "accountant" that you want your refund check directly deposited into your checking account the day after you meet to "DO" your taxes.You get what you pay for, and in
