I have shopped at this store several time without any negative issues. They do install wipers and batteries, but most customers think it is a garage, and want them to be mechanics and install all kinds of items . This takes them from the counter to make sales and help customers.If you need a mechanic go to a garage, if you needs good parts at good prices, Advance is good for that. I like Advance over some of the others, But some employees are not as experienced as others. I was in one day and the customer in front of me had not idea what his car year or engine size was,
