I took my car in for a wheel aligment at 2p on a Saturday. I was told that there were two cars ahead of me, though I seen that there were a waiting room full of people. After giving the rep my info, I sat and waited for nearly three hours. It was only after I went to the service desk I was advised that I needed two new tires and a tie rod. I was told that they tried to contact me by cell phone and overhead page which was a lie because I had my cell phone in my hand the majority of the time and was in the waiting room. I agreed to getting the two new tires and was told that a service person was in the process of putting them on. I noticed after another 30 minutes (by this time it was 6:30p) my car still was not in the service room. Everyone including the people who came in after me were gone. I went back to the service desk to decline on the tires when I seen my car finally go in. When everything was done (about 7:15pm) they didn't even want to accommodate for the long wait a
