The Deerbrook location is by far the worst B&N I have ever been to. I am generally one of those people who never complain about poor customer service and I have never even posted a review before, but this situation really bothered me. There was an item that I saw on B&N's website that ended up only being available at the Deerbrook location. When you check whether an item is available, you also end up reserving it for a set amount of days. I wasn't going to be able to drive that far during the week, so I called to ask if the would extend the reservation to the weekend. The first time I called, someone answered, put me on hold for around 5 min., picked up and asked me my name, and then left me on hold for another 15 min., at which point I just hung up and called back. A different voice picked up, and I started explaining how I was on hold for so long, expecting at least a short apology for being put on wait, but he cut me off curtly to ask me what it was that I needed.
