My basement flooded...well actually we had a sewer back-up. It was Servpro to my rescue. It took the better part of a weekend with their equipment running in my basement, but they got the area disinfected.
The Servpro staff kept me completely informed during the entire process. They even set my appointment for me after work so that I wouldn't have to lose any vacation time. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and my favorite...very punctual!
