Review content:
Sent a large plant to good friends of mine and left 2 numbers. I received a delivery confirmation and knew that my friend would call to thank us that didnt come as he didnt receive the plant. I called Bethesda Florist and was told they left the plant with a neighbor and called and left a note on the door. Come to find out there was no note on the door, there was no record of the delivery driver calling either of the numbers I gave AND the delivery driver left the plant 12 units away from where my friend lives. The whole purpose of giving such a present is the surprise that they should have had to receive a present, and that was completely destroyed by my having to track down what was going on. Then to be lied to on top of it all. The least these people could have done is to offer to pick up the plant themselves and deliver it today but my friend was told "oh this is a great opportunity for you to meet your neighbor." Poor attitude by a place that hopes to exceed your expectations.
