Review content:
The people that work @ Banfield are very nice, however, it is a corporate owned clinic and they are pressured in to pushing medications and treatments that may not be necessary! Plus, I took my dogs there several times and not once did I receive a follow up call to see how they were. I miss Dr Addison, in Lake City! I really cared about my pets and would always call to see how they were, regardless of how simple the visit was. I found a local owned vet, that is much like Dr Addison, so I will not go back to Bannfield. Don't let your pet suffer at the expense of convenience. Go to a locally owned pet clinic, where they care more about your pet than they do about meeting sales quotas, set by a corporation!
