In my personal experience this company is a fraud. they have a very poor customer service . Initially I call them because i found mice poo in my baby's room and kitchen;after that someone came in and sale me a year package for $475.00. I was agree because they told me they will be coming home every week till' all mice were gone,but they just stop by once and put some glu tramps that you can buy everywhere. After a week I call them because there were suppost to come back and check everything and they never show up. When i call an complain about it, they send a "supervisor", who put some of the all fashion tramps with peanut butter on it. I get tired of the situation and call to cancel my service and they bill me for 182.00, just for glu tramps . Do not call this company ever.
