Businiess name:  Les Schwab Tire Ctr

Review content:
I have been a faithful customer of Les Schwab for over 20 years but my recent experience at this particular Les Schwab has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth to the extent that I will never let them touch anything except the tires on my car. I needed my rear brake replaced and had no second thoughts about were I would have this done, but was told that I also needed to replace my rack-and-pinion steering because it was leaking badly, at an additional cost of $1200. Based on previous experience, I trusted them and told them to do the work. After 20 minutes, I had second thoughts and called back to request to only do the work on the brakes, but they told me that the steering unit had already been disassembled and it would cost $309 in labor to put it back. I could not understand how even 40 minutes of work equates to $309 of labor costs, but now, feeling like whatever I chose would cost me more than what I wanted to spend, I asked for a discount on the work. All they could offer me
