When I went to pick up the order the owner advised that he had neglected to mark all of the shoes with what needed to be done So, after a week 3 out of the 5 pairs of shoes/boots were not polished or repaired. A pair of Ferragmo shoes that had the soles and heels replaced was damaged at the toe box and a pair of boots that he advised were polished had mud caked on the heel. Unfortunately, I will be unable to recommend the services of this professional.
