I was picked up on 8/31/11 at 12:00 pm to go to Newark NJ airport. It was about 90F outside, and the bus had no air conditioning. By the time the last passenger was picked up, for some people on the bus it was getting pretty close to their flight time. At that point the driver said that we would have a 15 min pit stop. One of the passengers said that may be we could make it shorter since she was afraid to miss her flight. The driver, staring her down, said,"I'm going to make a stop whether you want it or not. It is not about you, it is about everybody". It was not clear who EVERYBODY was since we all were too stunned to open our mouths.\r So, we made a stop at the fuel plaza; it lasted 25 min instead of promised 15. For 20 out of those 25 minutes we all could observe our driver having a personal conversation with a female plaza employee (I think it is safe to assume the conversation was personal, since the episode had no clear bearing to the very simple business of driving people).\r Af
