Twice now this company has screwed me over. My fiancee recently had to get some service and asked specifically for them to contact her once they diagnosed the problem. They went ahead and serviced the vehicle without contacting us and charged us $300+. All that needed to be done was to replace ONLY 2 distributor cables. They also drained some transmisssion fluid. All of this was done without our knowing about it. I know for a fact a new set of distributor cables are less than $75 and replacing them takes 15 mins. max. How they get off charging us $300 for that is beyond me. They screwed me once before on my old car when they replaced the rack 'n pinion. When that same part failed less than 1 year later they claimed they never even worked on the vehicle. This place has a good reputation in the community but they are not worth the service. Try Harlow Auto Repair down on Perry Ave. instead - quality work for an extremely fair price! PROS: Good reputation in the community. CONS: Unprofess
