My family and I have been going to Millbrae Jeweler's for many years. Every time we go in, we are treated with the utmost respect. Lisa, Karen, and Matt all have incredible knowledge about their trade and will always be honest to customers. After 12 years of dealing with Millbrae Jeweler's, I, along with everyone I know who patronizes them, has never had one complaint. The only thing that the spineless anonymous writer has correct is that Lisa is, indeed, an excellent saleswoman. However, I know that no one at Millbrae Jeweler's would EVER wrong a customer. If something were to go awry with a consumer's belongings (which is a very, very rare occurance), the problem would immediately be fixed and would most likely end up exceeding their expectations tenfold. This is, byfar, the best jewelry store I have ever done business with and I would trust these people with any piece of jewelry I own, whether it be a simple bracelet or even my great-grandmother's wedding ring.
