I will have to say I was fairly satisfied with this place until I went in and waiting for my pet to be finished and saw how another dog was being treated. I was very upset to see a poor small dog being yelled at for having matted fur and then the the dog was put up in a harness that kept its back feet way off the ground. Not a good way to treat animals, especially when this dog did nothing wrong. I would tend to stay away from this place. I know I do now!
