I will never again use this company to to repair anything I own. He came by the first day and assured me that my ice maker was fixed. He then called me two days later to make sure it was still working. It wasn't and I let him know that it still wasn't making ice. He came by later that day and was very rude to me and actually got in my face and was fussing at me for supposedly touching my ice maker. He struck me as the kind of person who assumes that women haven't a thought in their head and couldn't possibly know anything about refrigerators. I tried to explain what was wrong with it, but he would not listen. He actually yelled at me for touching the bar on the ice maker, when that bar was exactly like he left it two days before. I did not choose this company, I have a warranty company that chose Landreth's. He was very unprofessional and incompetent.
