By Doug 10/1/10 This was my first time w/ AAA Auger & I took a chance w/ yellow pages. Was I surprised. This was a Sat. night, it was dark and late and Mike still showed up. Due to the darkness Mike couldn't complete the work. But he said would be back on Mon., he then took the time to time to explain what would have to be done & the cost. The office called on Mon. AM to tell me Mike was on the way out, He & Vance came and then were able to locate the clean out. They unplugged the line, kept me inform w/ every step they did. It was done quickly and since there was a clean out I wasn't charged what was orginally quoted and it cost $400 less than orginally quoted. I felt that I was treated very fairly and honestly and would gladly refer or recommend AAA to any one. Mike and Vance were very customer friendly. Thanks guys for a great job. You've earned my future business. Five Stars
