Had my car towed to norms after hours, in the morning I Called norms at 8:00 a.m. to see if i could have my tire repaired by 9:30 a.m. because i had a funeral to be at 11:00 a.m., if not i would have it towed somewhere else, they said no problem by 9:30 A.M., when i got there at 8:40 they had not even started looking at it, ended up not having my size in stock, repair man said if i can locate a tire they will install it, I quickly drove up to discount tire and purchased a new tire and dropped it off at 9:10 A.M, at 9:35 A.M. no one had even started working on it, found the repair man just b.s.ing with his buddy's in the office, you can say i blew my top and then he refused to repair it, I barely made my buddys wifes funeral in my work van, thanks for the great service norm. one class act.
Called Deptula in town and they were great to deal with.
