Review content:
I expected a high level of quality child care from a center with such a high fee schedule (single child care is over $1,000 per month) but I was disappointed. Almost every day when I picked up my child there was 1 or 2 babies on the floor crying or screaming, their version of consoling the crying babies was to call out their name every minute or so while they took care of other babies who seemed perfectly content. The center director is unprofessional and doesn't seem to grasp even basic childcare concepts like interaction and education instead of just babysitting. They are so big on being NAEYC accredited but they are often out of ration (it should be 4 to 1 for infants) and don't seem to care about actually teaching the children. In order to drop off my infant I have to enter through a back door and walk through the "warehouse", which is a large storage room often full of paint or varnish fumes. This can't be good for my baby! To sum it up in 2 words: stay away!
