Dr. Bates was very friendly and very imformative but the receptionist was rude and unfriendly and charged me 50 dollars for a syringe of mineral oil that he gave at the clinic and 20 dollars for suggesting that I buy pumpkin fill and pineapple juice for my rabbit. I asked him how I was supposed to clip his nails and he said he would do it but forget to mention it would cost 35 dollars.. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND AT ALL! oh and my bunny died the very next day ):
