I went for my 6 month check up and cleaning knowing I needed a tooth extracted. They said they would call me to set an appointment with the oral surgeon. I never got a call from them and ended up with a toothache, so called to see when I could get it pulled. The appt was made and I was told my co-pay for having a tooth extracted was $25. When I got there, it was $75. They said there was a $50. consultation fee, which I questioned, but paid. I asked why I had to pay a consultation fee since I had already been diagnosed and they said there is always a consultation fee. I checked my insurance when I got home, and the consultation fee was only $45. They say they'll credit it back to the card I used to pay, but won't tell me when they plan to process the refund. This is not the first time they have overcharged me. To top it all off, they are refusing to clean my teeth because the dentist wants me to have $760 worth of work done which includes root planning, antibiotics (which they know I am
