I have been to this location twice this month and spoke to 2 of their technicians and was met with a condescending attitude. On my first visit I asked about a rear disc brake conversion and besides him telling me it would be cost prohibitive he said ?I bet it?s a walmart bike?. How pretentious and condescending for an employee to talk to a perspective customer in such a manor. The REASON I asked for information on the brakes is that, YES my Walmart Mongoose needs better brakes for what I use it for? I was never asked. My last visit was saturday right at opening. I just got a new bike straight out of the box and needed air in my tires? I? again I was met with a condescending attitude, ?you put this together yourself?? he then began to tick off the issues? all of which I was aware of. He airs up the rear tire and blew it out?. Then said ?I can fix that for (the cost of a tube) and $15.00 labor.? So I get to pay for his incompetence or I get victimized?. NO THA
