Wish there was a way to rate less than 1 star, because that is what tgis particular business deserves. The customer service was horrifying. The woman helping me was so rude! When I glanced at the price of an $850 frame, I said..'wow thats a little steep!'...the woman said, 'you're obviously in the wrong place honey.' Really?! It was like a scene out of Pretty Woman. And when I said I should put my hair down to see how the glasses looked, she said, 'I dont care about your hair.' And she walked away. Again, really?! \r
Did I miss something? Is customer service suppose to be like this? Especially in a place where one spends about $500 on a pair of glasses. \r
You could tell the other workers were ashamed of this woman, and wanted to help me, but Im assuming she was a manager because they wouldnt help me or give me advice. \r
Horrible service. Rude women. Distasteful atmosphere. \r
Avoid this place unless you like being treated like garbage. \r
