Wish there was a way to rate less than 1 star, because that is what tgis particular business deserves. The customer service was horrifying. The woman helping me was so rude! When I glanced at the price of an $850 frame, I said..'wow thats a little steep!'...the woman said, 'you're obviously in the wrong place honey.' Really?! It was like a scene out of Pretty Woman. And when I said I should put my hair down to see how the glasses looked, she said, 'I dont care about your hair.' And she walked away. Again, really?! \r Did I miss something? Is customer service suppose to be like this? Especially in a place where one spends about $500 on a pair of glasses. \r You could tell the other workers were ashamed of this woman, and wanted to help me, but Im assuming she was a manager because they wouldnt help me or give me advice. \r Horrible service. Rude women. Distasteful atmosphere. \r Avoid this place unless you like being treated like garbage. \r (look at the other reviews-notice a trend?)
