I don't even know where to start!!! We purchased a sofa a couple yrs. ago w/the goof proof (now called guardsman)plan. Anyways, we got a tear in our sofa from the dog and they came to assess the damage. We recieved the wrong color/size cover not once but twice! I am going down to the store today which is 1/2 hr from here to clarify this. I also got a dresser for my daughter's room from the pit. The dresser has a nasty odor that makes ALL of her clothing smell like puke!!
