So I bought this furniture for close to a thousand dollars and paid with my debit card. Bob's Yonkers charged me twice for that amount. The amount wiped out the credit I had in my account and threw me into overdraft. Did not realize this until my card got turned down at the grocery store. For days I waited to be refunded as the Yonkers staff I spoke to had promised - no show. After suffering additional bank charges, inability to buy basic conveniences because my account was in OD and after going back and forth on the phone with Bobs staff at Yonkers (who by the way, refused to identify themselves, making me even more confounded), I decided to end the mayhem by going directly to the store and fixing the problem. I met one lady at the store who had had the same problem for weeks and was downright pissed because no-one would give her any attention.
