The people managing this hotel is unreasonable. After my brother's flight was canceled and he was told there was no hotel available at 10:43 PM and called me to ask to find a place to stay. I called this hotel at 10:53 PM to see if there were rooms and I was told yes (now I know why there were rooms available.) so I made a reservation over the phone - I got off the phone at 11:01 PM. At no point was I told of cancellation policy. Then the airline came to inform my brother that they found the rooms which they will pay for. He called me to inform me upon getting off the phone. I called the hotel at 11:03 PM to cancel the reservation - they held the reservation for two minutes. I was told by a gentleman - no problem. Now I have a bill for $413 for no show. I called the hotel upon receiving my credit card bill and I could not believe my ears as I got passed around to increasingly nasty people - and they said I must speak to their bookkeeper who was unreasonable.
